JA PATHWAYS TO EMPLOYMENT

Is a program that introduces underprivileged youth to soft skills and employability training. The purpose of this program is to transform “at-risk” youth from around the Klang valley to sustainable entry-level jobs.

Gives students the opportunity to recognize career clusters, potential job positions and allows them to comprehend the importance of researching the requirements needed to earn a position.

JA BUSINESS ETHICS BOOTCAMP

Exposes students to ethical challenges in the workplace and how to successfully navigate these dilemmas and apply lessons in real-life situations.
